Found this in a book while in Virginia of Antoni Miralda's Wheat and Steak Project, in Kansas City, November 7-24, 1981. I had seen one of the pieces of meat in a basement months back so It was funny seeing where props end up.

Directional Sketch
Directional from Paul Shortt on Vimeo.
This is a video I made in my house and on my street. It's a sketch for a longer a video. Its something that just kind of happened in between doing some other work. It's not like my other work right now and doesn't fit yet.
I'm happiest with the music I made for it.

Music Party Photos
These are images from the music party I had at the end of January. I've been collecting children's musical instruments from friends, and thrift stores the past year or so and thought I'd see what would happen if I gathered a group to play.
As the night progressed a wall of sound and noise was created, completed with discussions that turned into muddled noise as well.
The next time I do this I will invite fewer people, and go for a more intent playing, but with the same idea of just playing, creating and having fun.
I Will upload video and audio of the music party soon.

Our Walk With Harrell
Harrell Fletcher gave a lecture and walked around Kansas City with us the other day.
He imparted to us the ideas of walking around a talking with people, of paying attention, and seeing the potentials and opportunity's that can happen from just walking around. Asking us to follow our natural inclinations to be interested in people and what there about.
These are the photos from our walk.
