Having being brought to a junkyard by my father when I was two, I was entered into car culture early. My father's idea of a vacation was a car-show or swap-meet. I spent many years with my legs cramped riding cross country in the back of various 1970's Mustangs. My father is and will always be a Ford man. His father drove Fords, and ran moonshine, and went to jail twice. I've still probably been to more car shows than Museums, though not by choice. Which I guess is why I really like these works of Richard Prince. Even if he is a Mopar Man.
